Last year’s Home Tour was a big hit, with over 5,500 motivated visitors viewing our inspiring and inviting quality homes over two weekends in the fall. This year the Placitas Home Tour guide will be distributed throughout the area as well as being handed out to all our guests, adding up to a very large distribution. This year the tour guide will be a high quality magazine that will be designed and published in full color on a quality stock paper. This means that your ads will look better than ever before!
Last year over 5,500 people were drawn to the Tour through a number of advertising mediums. Ads were placed on radio stations and were played throughout the duration of the tour. A large amount of advertising was done in the Albuquerque Journal, the West Side Journal, the Sandoval Signpost. Lets not forget our most important method, word of mouth. This year we plan to do all this and much more. Should you decide to advertise in the tour guide you can count on several thousand people seeing your ad!
