There are only 15 slots available for custom homes in the 2007 Placitas Home Tour and spaces are filling up quickly! Are you a builder who has built a home in the Placitas area and is interested in placing the home on the tour this year? Here are the requirements:
- Your home must be a custom home
- It must be located in the Placitas area
- The home must be approximately one year old
- Your home must be approximately 90% complete by the first day of the tour. This means that all counter tops and cabinets must be in, there must be at least one working bathroom or a port-a-potty on the premises, if you have begun laying carpet or tile – you must be finished laying it by the first day of the tour.
- You must have a valid contractor’s license issued by the state of New Mexico and up to date liability insurance as you will have to provide copies of both.
Do you fit the requirements? If so we welcome you to contact us! The cost to place a home on the tour is $750.00. Please note that $50.00 of this is a deposit on the home tour sign and will be refunded upon receipt of the sign at the end of the tour.
